So I couldn't find a 336 or 335 Redding neck bushing for a long time, they were sold out everywhere. So I was using a 334 bushing for a long time, about a month ago I finally got 336 and 335 Ti Coated bushings in. I tied out the 336 first and last week used the 335 bushing. Turned out the 335 bushing had a square edge/lip on the inside of the radius cut and instead of resizing the bushing it was "shaving" the brass off the neck. The 336 and 334 bushing didn't have this issue at all. (Pictures below)
I contacted Redding and they said this;
So I'd get the pleasure the shipping back a small bushing that won't fit in a standard envelope to the east coast of the USA from BC Canada costing me more $$$ and time. While I also wait weeks for shipping and processing time. All for a $30 item I just recently purchased.... not happy
I was disappointed with this because when I had issues with RCBS stuff and sent them clear pictures of what was wrong they immediately sent me replacement parts. Even when a bearing went on my RCBS Charge Master they told me to destroy it and email pictures of it destroyed and they sent me a new one in the mail. IMO that is good customer service.
Redding also wasn't quick with a reply to my email. I was getting impatient so I contact the place I purchased it from (X-Reload), while I was waiting for a reply from Redding. I didn't expect much from the reseller as its just a part that passes through their place, not something they make. The email I sent x-reload was;
X-Reload sent me an e-mail back right away, I had a response from X-Reload a day before Redding bothered to respond. Their response was this;
--one hour later as second email from X-Reload--
Got to say I'm disappointed in Redding's customer service, but I'm thrilled with X-Reload's customer service. They really stepped up for me, should have my replacement in a couple days.

I contacted Redding and they said this;

Hello,
I was trying to use the Redding .335 Titanium Coated bushing I ordered from you and ran into an issue. The bushing has a lip/hard edge on the inside of the 335 bushing that is "shaving" brass instead of resizing it, wrecking the brass. the 336 size is performing correctly and doesn't have this problem, it's only the 335 that is doing this.
I attached some pictures to help explain what is happening.
Do I need to contact Redding directly to fix this issue or do I go through you?
Thanks
