You know who you are. Sitting on a hoard of prohibs. And for what? So that you can die shoveling snow this year and your Ontario teacher daughter (or alleged son) will come flying in and go into hysterics telling your wife to call the police to come and get thousands of dollars of your hard earned money and throw it to the smelter?
I have seen it happen. Get those guns out there and make them worth their while. Sell them to us before they are put in the garbage.

Sure, I have a hoard of prohibs.... and fine ones too !
But guess what, I still shoot them a lot and my Dear Wife also carries a 12(6) and she has a larger and more valuable stack of prohibs in her gun safe.
We have discussed selling but after all we are only 68 so we have many shooting years ahead of us.
Have patience, they will be on the block someday....

Can you put me in your will?

Silverado you made it just under the wire. My mission is to preserve all the 12(6) since 1995.

>JUST< under the wire. Given the time an FAC took to process at the time, I'd say by less than half-a-year. Maybe a bit less.

My first handgun was a 2 1/2" S&W.

You may not have my C1A1 or my S&W 13. It could be a long time until the C1 visits the range again, but until then it is mine to strip and assemble :p

There are still quite a few of us 12-6ers around.
Used to be a 12-2er and a 12-3er but dumped all the safe queens this spring.
Since they disallowed the SOPs (Special Occassion Permits) that allowed us to shoot our full autos on a DND range once or twice a year the guns aren't worth owning any more.
It used to be quite a time and not a single fking person was ever hurt or put in danger in any way. More heavy handedness from the unelected anti-gun bureaucracy.
Too much money invested in hardware that did nuthin but hold up dust after the SOPs went.

I have a couple left but not a hoard.
Surprised your storage hasn't been inspected by the CFOs boys.

12.6 guns aren't all that and a bag of chips y'know..

Sure... On principle 12.6 is offensive, but I sold most of mine off because they weren't all that impressive to shoot.
Short barrelled handguns don't really shoot accurately enough for me and .32acp/.25 are weak and anemic.
All I've kept is ONE 4" S&W mod.15 .38... 'Just so I can retain my 12.6 endorsement.

Y'all can keep those crappy worthless pocket pistols

You know they are trying to change that in the new legislation?

I kept mine just to piss off the Gun Gestapo.

Going to Arizona

Has anyone else looked into moving to a gun friendly state and bringing their 12(6)'s with them? As I understand it, this is very doable...or...if barrel length classification is changed here, the value of our "little guns" should increase substantially!
