WOW!! Check your Pmags boys

Magpul QA is a bit questionable lately I bought several MAGPUL M3 mags from a local supplier only to find the rivets in two of the 6 fell out, as happy as I am for having a 30rnd mag I don't feel like being bubba's playmate in the pen so I returned them and exchanged for a pair of new ones. The retailer was actually not surprised as I'm not the first customer to return a mag with rivets falling out.

Don't blame Magpul.
I'm under the impression it may be the Canadian importer/distributor who does the pinning, but I'm not sure.

Sort of off topic, but is there a better way to pin them, like an aftermarket pin kind of thing? I'd hate to "go to the pen over a pin" as well.

You would be correct, it's the imported that contracts out the pin job. Some do it well with a nice pinned to 5.5 and others don't know shat and pit them to a tight 5 and others just use the wrong rivets and they don't work properly.

Don't blame Magpul for this stuff, they would never vandalize their magazines with this stupid rivet.

There are many ways to limit capacity.
You just have to have a little ingenuity.
The pop rivet in the spine of the mag although simple and crude is effective, but there are tidier ways to neuter mags.
