To my knowledge neither of those companies manufacture an action long enough for the Cheytac cartridges.

One of the nicest boomers I have ever shot was a 408CT Barnard crafted by Ian....

XLR chassis perhaps? Not sure what else is out there that can readily accommodate the Barnard action.....

Julien at Downrange precision can chamber 408 cheytac, he is building a 338 snipetac for me using a stiller action, benchmark barrel, manners stock. Gary at big horn can get all the parts needed for such a build. Whidden customs dies are what I'm using for loading the monster case
