Should I buy a KSG or the New SAP 6 From Tactical Imports? Advice?

I've had my KSG for about a year now and have had no problems with it, and I like having the option of bird shot in one tube, and buck shot/slugs in the other when I'm out in the bush, plus it's a light, short gun. I have a Norc mag fed, which I bought for the novelty more than anything else. It's a fun little gun, and the mag-fed feature is cool and changing ammo types on the fly is sweet, but it's heavier than anything and with a 12.5" barrel, you can't really put any other stock on it other than a fixed one.
What do you mean can't put any other stock on it?? Any 870 stock should work!

Ksg's are kind of a novelty item here in Canada. Our storage and transportation laws coupled with the fact that it can be difficult to load make it a poor choice for any kind of home defense or bear defense while out in the bush with your quad or side by side. This is where i hope the Sap-6 will shine so long as the pump action mag fed design prooves reliable and consistant.

Why would you want to change the stock? It's 26.1" long. That's shortest legal length for a shotgun, that's the beauty of it. You just have to rack them hard, and they work fine.I heard there were some bugs in the first generation. 870's have lots of accessories but if your going to go that route. The Benelli M4 super nova shorty with the sliding stock is a way better gun and it will take 3 1/2 slugs

Did I quote you?
Did you read who I quoted?
He stated that the grizzly mag 12.5 could only use a fixed stock which is incorrect.
I said nothing about a ksg, sap-6 nor the "benelli m4 super nova"??? Think your combining two different shotguns their friend.
Regarding the "benelli m4 super nova shorty" why anyone would want a restricted range only shotgun I'll never understand!
Ps the Benelli m4 doesn't have a 3.5" chamber
Have you handled any of these?

You need to read what I quoted SLOWLY.
I Never said anything about the ksg or its stock. For the second time I was talking about the grizzly 12.5
You sir need to do your homework before opening you mouth. Just like your daddy should have told you.
With me intelligence works
Ignorance gets what it deserves.

I would be getting a ks7. IRG just got some but they sold out very fast. I hope they get some more soon seeing as how there has been no word whatsoever from the Canadian distributor.

Lots of necros recently lol

On topic, I had a KSG, I sold it.

I never sell a gun unless I find something I don't like about it, for the ksg I hated reloading it, it also kicked more then the 870 I have now, and it was so short that operating the pump felt kind of awkward.

I know this is an old thread, but my advice to any newcomers reading this....

DO NOT BUY A SAP 6 ! they truely are garbage for the price they sell for. If u want a box mag fed pump, ur better off looking at the new Remington, mossberg or a Valtro/Brixia.

Serious hey too bad it looked like a pretty cool gun, but I would belive it. I once purchased a Turkish shot gun (utas) and it was not reliable and a big old let down in my opinion I couldn’t sell the thing any faster and I played with it for the summer let all my friends try it and sold it for half of what I paid lol
