Federal now owns them and calls them the trophy bonded tip or some such thing. Trophy Bonded Bear Claws no longer exist as I understand it.
 
I'm just a lowly hunter that only shoots factory ammo. So take my thoughts for what they are or are not worth. I have found that the win xp3 bullets work!!! A lead backside pushing a copper front. nothing but good luck with them. And perfect "mushrooming" on the ones I have found.
 
Hey Ardent, Did you ever go fishing from Northern Rockies Lodge at Muncho Lake. I would swear that a photo of you is in their slide show on their closed cicuit TVs. Complete with leather cowboy hat I have seen photos of you wearing elsewhere and holding a humungous laker.?

As a matter of fact, I've been there aplenty, never fishing (with them anyhow)! You had me thinking back because I did have an Aussie leather cowboy hat, and have spent a good deal of time up there. I'll ask my brother though, as he's my spitting image just tougher and he now owns the hat, has spent a lot of time on that corridor as well very well could be a killed a day or two there. Still have your .470 brass and box of bullets, they will head your way sorry to be slow, hunting Mexico last minute as we speak. Well, the windown before we head out tomorrow at the moment anyhow.

The 120 gr. barnes works well in my .260 which my grandson has pretty much taken over as his favorite leaving me with the old .257 bob to make do with LOL. 120 barnes performs in the .260 rem. a lot better than the 130 accubond or the 120 ballistic tip having shot deer with all of the above I am now only loading the 120 barnes for deer in the .260
