Skorpion sear/hammer not disengaging

I bought a new 32 ACP Skorpion but it has a problem with the sear not letting the hammer fall every 5-6 rounds when pulling the hammer slowly. If you are firing rapidly this isn't a problem. But if you are attempting a well placed shot, and squeeze the trigger slowly, the hammer gets hung up on the sear and won't fall. So you have to keep the rifle pointed downrange until it goes off, which is at least a few seconds or longer.
Has anyone had any experience with taking a stone to the hammer or sear on a Skorpion?
Here are some pics with the trigger pulled and the hammer still on the sear. If I touch the sear the hammer falls immediately. It's just a hair away from breaking cleanly. I can push the rear disconnect away from the hammer so it's not part of the problem.

Tactical treat their customers well.... I would still send it back... Maybe share what was up....

Nothings up. Just a new gun thats not working properly. Just wanted to know if anyone else has had similar troubles.
I'm sure Tactical will help, they are taking 2 weeks off for Christmas.

I don't get the converted auto thing mentioned above as these are M84 designated.

Get some G96 and spray down the trigger, hammer and sear and that area of the receiver - you might have old, dried cosmoline in the parts that would stop things from working. I'm assuming that these are made from a combination of new receives and surplus parts, like the Cz58 clones. Could also be the hammer spring, but a can of G96 is pretty cheap.

Looks like what could be cosmo on the top shoulder as shown in Pic 1.

I've had it apart a few times and cleaned and oiled it with various lubes. Hornady one shot cleaner seems to help for a few cycles but then its back to hanging up. If the trigger could push that sear farther forward that would help but its not adjustable.

Run it wet and pull the trigger hard during break-in, then degrease it, and light lube. It's getting sticky with the lube you are using, and just not releasing when you are gentle with the trigger. Dry firing a couple hundred times might help.

lube it up good first before you send it back clean it good with something that will eat carbon and or cosmoleen then use a good lube balistol or G96 something like that
