I bought a new 32 ACP Skorpion but it has a problem with the sear not letting the hammer fall every 5-6 rounds when pulling the hammer slowly. If you are firing rapidly this isn't a problem. But if you are attempting a well placed shot, and squeeze the trigger slowly, the hammer gets hung up on the sear and won't fall. So you have to keep the rifle pointed downrange until it goes off, which is at least a few seconds or longer.
Has anyone had any experience with taking a stone to the hammer or sear on a Skorpion?
Here are some pics with the trigger pulled and the hammer still on the sear. If I touch the sear the hammer falls immediately. It's just a hair away from breaking cleanly. I can push the rear disconnect away from the hammer so it's not part of the problem.
