I still cannot believe what the chinese 75 dollar specials are going for. A guy would be wise to buy a crate of nice russians and wait until the price goes up.

The Chinese SKS supply is currently out but the demand still remains. Many Chinese Canadians or immigrated Chinese Canadians want them for obvious reasons. Or even SKS collectors that don't have a Chinese SKS in their collection and must have one.

I don't believe a MC-5D is selling for $300 20 years ago cos the "D" were selling for $125 .

in anycase firearms are always a good investment but it werent meant to be primarily an investment, its a sport first .

even used the price went up so how many of your sporting equipment went up in price ? your used golf clubs? your used hockey sticks? your used tennis racket?

The sks MC-5D were 300 new. That was 20+ Yrs ago. If you can find one original unfired, its 500.00+ They are now collectors. I dont think this 200.00 increase over 20 yrs would be considered a good investment.

I like to sell so someone else can enjoy. If i haven't shot a gun in 15 years I like to get rid of it unless it has sentimental value.

International Firearms Company when they were in quebec. They were 299.95 Russian was 229.95 and chinese type 56 were 149.95 if you wanted a type 56 with the Rynite sporter stock it was 209.95

The AK back in the day went for 469.95 but after it went restricted dropped to 299.95 and then on sale for 249.95
Was not long after they moved south. Prices are all over the board, times were changing
