Took my rifle out to the range today. It shot pretty good and I was happy with the initial accuracy.

On the end of my receiver (the heel I guess you could call it?) there are a lot of heavy tooling marks and it is cut very uneven, or it looks like someone got a little too carried away with the grinder on the back right corner of the receiver. It doesn't affect the function of the rifle but I'm just wondering if this is pretty common thing to see...

^^^I'm just hoping that there isn't a gap showing between that heel and the reciever cutouts in the stock once I get it into a USGI wood stock.

Just wiped the oil off the exterior of mine. Looks really good.
Glad it came with 2/20(converted to 5 of course) mags,,they sure look good and work well as a gun stand.
Now to open and clean her up.Not as oily as I thought.
May wind up keeping her,who knows.
Thanks Canada Ammo !!

Sweet and Savory while it lasted. Shooting buddy had same response of wanting one after helping me zero mine.

Mine has the same crude grinding. Terrible finish on this thing but still a cool gun. One day I will get around to re-shaping.
