Sub-MOA rifles have become the shooting equivalent of a circle jerk.

I barely consider myself a mediocre shooter.
I think there are many different criteria of a "good shooter"
1 under stress duress
2 at distance
3 consistency grouping
4 fast target acquisition and putting rounds in the kill zone
5 under adverse environmental conditions
any master of one of these can be called a "good shooter".
Off topic but I'm just wondering why this is a sticky?
If any thing, Mikethebike's should be stickied. Why in the hell is this one stickied?!
Yup...
If any recent thread needs to be stickied its the recent one on the Beretta CX4 Storm. This carbine deserves a sticky like the rest of the black guns here.
Off topic but I'm just wondering why this is a sticky? The more stickies there are the less relevant all the stickies become. What am I missing?

Is your TAVOR one of the newer models with improved trigger pull?
I'm considering selling my Shiloh '74 45-70 in order to buy one. Don't need it - just want it, the ultimate 'cool gun' for me! And my AR 15 mags will fit.
Awesome info. Mike, I have finally come to realize I am a "good shooter" after all, because I've managed to shoot while "under stress duress" criteria for years now.
Let me explain: If you consider that while I'm shooting I oftentimes think of my wife actually finding out the total costs of how much I have spent on firearms, ammunition and accessories over the course of our marriage becoming a reality.![]()
So then every time this happens while shooting I'm "under (extreme) stress duress" conditions to say the least, but I still manage to perform making me a "good shooter".![]()
Those were 100 yard targets, C8 had an eotech and my Tavor had my Specter Dr... Since then I have gone from a 12 lbs trigger to a 4 lbs trigger, So I should try it again.
But Printing groups isn't what I go to the range for, I find it quite boring shooting from the bench.
IMO the biggest limiting factor to Tavor accuracy is the horrendous stock trigger. If you can overcome that, I don't see why 1MOA is unreasonable to achieve.
