Just a 2013 22" Norc. Only changes are an S&J spring and spring guide, and National Match sights. And tuned up under Barney's watchful eye. My handloads, 168 Hornady Match's over 41.5 grains of 4895, 2.80 OAL. This is a 5 shot group, 100 yards, two shared the same hole. The hole in my orange dot is a flyer from a previous group.

For reference the orange sticker is 2" in diameter.

Nice shooting with the irons!! That load seems to be something the Norkies like, mine likes 165gr BTHP's (hunting load) over 41.5 gr of H4895 and whatever rifle primers I have.

Were you using H4895 or IMR4895 (there's not a lot of difference between the two)?

Seems to be the go-to load for anything M14 based. And the powder, I honestly couldn't tell you. It's in a bulk box and just marked 4895, not enough difference in the two to matter to me anyways.

wow

never sell that rifle, hell, just keep it exactly as it is.

I plan on buying a second one and going full tactical-elite delta7 glitterprince cage warrior, but the one I have that can print groups I'm just not messing with.

You have a way with words, sir.

You can barely see the powder residue on the paper:p, nice grouping.

Whoa, RS, where have you been? Trolling some other forum I'll bet ;-) I thought you got out of the M14 racket?
Glad to hear you still care enough to drop some words of wisdom...some of the newbs might not know you for
the benevolent Trickster U R though, although I can testify he has been to at least TWO of 45ACPKing's clinics and knows of what he speaks, however obscure his allusions might be!

im assuming the nork is a m305
but is this not a militay rifle designed for a 147 -150 grain .
also that load sounds a little week should you not be closer to 43-44

According to the experts here you need to fire a 100 round group for it to mean anything....

Nice group! Makes me wish I hadn't sold my Norc.

And that's correct.
I can show you a few 0.5" 5 shot groups at 100yds and even one at 200yds.
But I can't show you 5 such groups in the same target (with most of my rifles).
One of them though looks promising, if only the rain stopped...

Very very nice group OP!
Where's the rifle pics??!!

I think "glitterprince" has just replaced "mall ninja" in my vocabulary.
