Do you have unfounded hatred regarding certain firearms? I do

Remington 710- nit that I hate them , I just won't own one.
Another that I definitely would NOT buy except to flip it would be a pre64 M70 in 270!
Call me foolish or whatever, I owned a 1947 and got rid of it pronto- just did not fit me - and i hate the 277 with a passion!LOL!!

I have never met a gun I hated, that is very strong terminology. I have however met many guns I would never own or waste my money on. Generally Mossberg, Remington, Savage, Bushnell, Tasco, Synthetic stocks, The Black Guns, tactical shotguns to name a few, are something I don't own, don't want, and probably never will. Got nothing against anyone owning and enjoying them, I just won't be one of them.
 
I really dislike the ever-cheapening and cost cutting that manufacturers do over time, effectively removing their products from consideration.

Quality over quantity. If you cheap out, I will cheap out too and keep my money in my pocket.

Hating 10-22's isn't unfounded. There are a lot of really good reasons to hate the worthless pieces of crap they've been cranking out over the past decade. Older ones are fine, but the new ones? Overpriced and under quality controlled.

For me, the "unfounded" hate only has one rifle... The AR-15. Never owned one, never shot one. Sick to death of hearing about them. Old enough to remember when they were non-restricted, just another rifle, and they collected dust on the racks of gun store because no one was interested in them (and yet, Tiffany was quite popular back then, so not like people had better taste in the 80s).

I'm going to buy one eventually, so that I can use it and see for myself what the fuss is about. But I keep finding other stuff I'm actually interested in the absorb my gun budget.
 
I haven't found anything firearm-related that could elicit a "hate" emotion.

I do dislike the 270 Win cartridge, but that is a knee-jerk reaction to many people I know crowing about it being the best caliber on earth. More of a contrarian rebel thing than anything else, and a response I have to lots of trendy/popular things.

I hate people who want the government to steal my money and give it to them. I hate guys in jacked-up pickup trucks who pass me (when I am already doing 10 K above the limit) cut me off and then pelt my car with gravel. I hate people who victimize other people (robbers, rapists, murderers, pedophiles, politicians).

Other than that, I'm just fine...
 
I like all guys that buy guns and shoot, it keeps us united........for once we divide our strength as a whole is divided.......

what's with all the negativity on CGN lately?? and from the guys that pose as facebook haters, I think your posers on CGN and truly love your FB, just posting over here to stir something up.............
 
I don't like poor accuracy in any rifle.
If I can't get close to 1"-1.5". It drives me nutz.

10-22s big me because it seams like every irresponsible shooter has one.
Same with SKS.

Not saying everyone that has them is. Just the ones that do. Tend to have them.
