I hate kimbers bolt actions or at least their bolt handle/attachment. I am trying to get over it, and buy one to play with - but that stove bolt bolt handle makes me throw up in my mouth every time I look at it. That would be my first fix....

Havent come across any that I hate. Maybe some didnt live up to the hype. If anything I think for myself its acessories and modification that am more disappointed with.

It just looks like an after thought. If you insist on screwing the handle on like that, at least sculpt it into the handle root. But that square root to the round handle just looks bad in my opinion.... Petty I know, but it's kept me from buying one - that and blind mags are ghey.

Your pretty handy with the steel, sounds like the start of a project to me. I see what you mean though.

I don't understand the hate for the SKS lol it's cheap to feed if you feel like plinking, goes bang everytime, inexpensive, can take down deer no problem (same stopping power as 30-30), and there's history behind the rifle. Amazing value for a $200 rifle

When the cz858 was around there was no reason not to have one of those. The only reason these are popular is because they are cheap to buy and cheap to shoot.
