Maxx; I have always had the best success in the 7mm Rem Mag with 150 grain bullets using IMR 4831
But with 160 grainers, RL 22 has been superb.
As Stubble has said, clean thoroughly first. Seat those TTSX bullets .050" off the lands to start.
I would begin with 62.0 grains of IMR 4831, and work up in ½ grain increments carefully. My pet load is 65.0 grains...shoots awesome!

I worked up from 64- 67 grains of rl22- I was .060 off the lands, and I cleaned this rifle with Wipe out before this shooting session. I was seeing a large spread of velocity with the same charge, up to 100fps. In the other 7mm RemMags that I have reloaded for, the accuracy was great with the rl 22 with 150 IB, and the average velocity was within 15 fps.
any help is appreciated. thanks
What kind of velocity were you getting with 67gr of R-22? I have never loaded a 7mmremmag that hot with 150gr bullets. I usually top out at 66-67gr with 140gr bullets.
By the way, H4350 often works well with 140- 150gr bullets in a 7mmremmag.
Stubble; I had a 700 Classic in 7mm Rem Mag that would take 67 grains of Reloder 22 behind the 160 grain Partition. Velocity was 3090 avg for 5.

Do you guys have a preference on Fed 215 of CCI 250 primers?

I had great sucess with 62 grains of imr 4831 and 150 grain partitions in some cases but I'd consider that a max load in some guns.
In mine it was chronographed just shy of 3100 fps with partitions and federal cases.
I'd, personally, be wary of recommending it to someone as a start load.
