So I lost the screws to my UBR kick plate at a 3-Gun match last season but managed to recover the actual kickplate. I never really cared about it much but wanted to put the "doors" back on my stock so I needed the screws again.
I emailed Magpul a couple weeks ago to see if they could steer me in the right direction on how to track down an economical solution to sourcing some replacement screws in Canada for the stock. I recieved a very polite response from Dan Hunter at Magpul asking for some pictures of my stock.
1 week later I recieved a FedEx priority package at no charge with my replacement screws for my UBR!! I am super impressed that Magpul would go through the hassle and shipping costs to Priority FedEx a couple of screws international for something like that at no cost. That is the kind of service you just dont see anymore and it has earned a lifetime customer from me.
I figured that it was something worth posting. There are enough threads on here about poor service or poor quality products, it is always refreshing to see when people have a postive experience to aid us in our consumer decisions.
Thanks Magpul!
