Searched the forms and didn't come up with anything, so I am asking what lube do you use on your semi- pistols? I have just brought home my first ever handgun (well 3) and want to get them cleaned up for the range this weekend. Sig 1911-22, Rurger mark 3 -22, and a Jericho 9mm steel. Currently I use Ezzox in all my shotguns and rifles with no issues.

whatever i pick up first. Usually G96, sometimes Breakfree clp. Also sometimes use Slide Glide on semi slides. Anything works, firearms are a very undemanding lubrication application. Everything mentioned so far in the thread works fine.

edit...maybe not the astroglide...edit
 
Interesting the varied products and I bet everyone will swear that each is fantastic, except me and C&L above. My father in law would never even consider anything but a Ford and he is old enough to remember the rusty days as well, go figure! I don't want to start a Ford war however.
 
This reminds me of a story from my much younger days. A buddy of mine was dating an older lady and she wanted.. ummm well ( lets say she was a little dry in the back LOL )
Anyways, she had no lube so he stuck his fingers in the chip fryer grease (used) and they had a very enjoyable night!!! Still makes me chuckle to this day...
