Rollmarks: Colt Canada - Diemaco Lowers

ugly looking gun, like Vickers sling, other then how they are installed

Those slings aren't Vickers. Must be early delivery models or trial rifles with a different sling.

Standard issue for them and the RCMP is the Vickers Sling

how about some CC BCG's as well so some colt canada rokie's like myself can understand the differnt markings on the bolt and carriers

Thanks

Barrels on the US models generally are US colt products. Except the 6520, the uppers will be devtec stamped. The US contracts have diemaco lowers, buffer tubes and bolt carrier groups.

there's a diemaco upper on GB for auction and has interesting bolt.

It is a standard BCG with a laser etched logo. I've already asked for more details pics and he pretty much refused to send any. Insisted I arranged for my FFL to bid on my behalf as he won't accept valid GB Canadian users to bid, even though it is totally within the rules. I've bought off GB several times without issue. This guy just won't play ball.

I was hoping to get pics of the front sight block, barrel markings and the rear of the upper receiver rail to verify the upper's origins but was denied.

here's one I've had (the pic, anyway) for a while.

Desert Arms C8 (I think...hard to see), made in Del City, OK...Fabrique au America!
