Im thinking of putting an exps3-0 and my g33 on it, as they are both just sitting on the shelf, but im still not sure. Are you guys running the g33 happy with 3x magnification? I dont think ill be hitting much more than 300 yards with it.

I had the EXPS3-0 and a G33 on my ACR for a bit. I honestly never really used the magnifier that much, but was only shooting out to 200 yards. It now sits on a shelf, and the EXPS got swapped for a Aimpoint Micro.
Yah well im still getting some spent casings not ejecting fast enough out of the rifle, i thought it was the ammo but thats not the case.
I understand I can use a regular AR15 extrator and extractor spring?
Im thinking of replacing them and starting from there, I have some spare rock river arms extractors and some spare bcm spring kits.
I did notice that the casings were mostly dribbling out not really being thrown out, so could very well be the extractor and/or its spring.

Well after reading this entire thread more than once, I decided to sell my AR, and buy myself a fresh off the shelf ACR. Just picked it up today and I wish I had done this sooner! The ergonomics and feel are great, I can't wait to put some rounds down range tomorrow! I will have to wait until this summer to send it to have a NR barrel swap, but here are a couple of pics.

Well after reading this entire thread more than once, I decided to sell my AR, and buy myself a fresh off the shelf ACR. Just picked it up today and I wish I had done this sooner! The ergonomics and feel are great, I can't wait to put some rounds down range tomorrow! I will have to wait until this summer to send it to have a NR barrel swap, but here are a couple of pics.

Dont get a Dlask barrel. Complete utter disaster.
I should stop buying firearms in March or April, seems like im batting a 1000 as far as getting lemons during that period.
They can be mounted in an AR as well so if you're lucky you might get $200 for it. They are good barrels but no one wants them for their ACR's.
I understand your frustration but relax Mike, it's not the end of the world and if it were mine I'd just push the pin back in and put the rifle back together and keep using it till I had a chance to get in to see Dlask. Have you called them yet?
I got a reply from Bushmaster about the optional regulator and all they said was that they can not export to Canada and that we had to contact Gravel Agency and surprise surprise they haven't gotten back to me yet.
Yah Dlask took care of it right away yesterday morning, I'll go shoot it again next Friday. Let me also contact gravelagency about the H/L regulator maybe with some more pressure they will try to get a few in? Its kinda silly but I really think running it on the H setting would help reduce the speed the the bolt, which would solve my issue.
In the meantime I'm going to get a beefed up extractor kit from BCM, maybe with the upgraded spring and o ring that will help extract the casing fast enough before the bolt comes into battery and jams the rifle, sounds like a long shot but it just might work.
Well I put in the bcm extractor upgraded spring kit and also a new RRA extractor,, i have a few of those laying around, hopefully itll speed up extraction just enough to solve my problem. Im going to shoot it again next friday so Ill let you guys know.

Larry from Gravel replied saying the only regulator available is the standard S/U one.

On the acrforum yes, lots.
Some were issues with ammo, some were issues with really short barrels, some were drilling a new hole gradually on the S setting or using the HL regulator on H.
