Hey guys, question about single point slings.

Which is a good way to run one.

1) Receiver sling plate for both ends of sling

or

2) One end of sling on swivel stud of traditional butt stock and other end of sling clips onto receiver sling plate?

Is there any difference in weight distribution/comfort?

Wrong place to post, but I'll bite...

I think you have your slings backwards - a single point only connects at one point. Typically you'd mount in rearward behind the trigger for optimal balance IMO. Which would be #1 if you have it available.
