Yes and yes.
There's a decent spot 18km up the gravel toward Chehalis. I spend more time up Sylvester though, or up the west side of Stave.

Guys there was some talk somewhere about soft primers. anyone reloading for the XCR? what primers are recommended for the XCR when reloading?

CCI primers are said to be hardest, federal softest, not sure about some of the others available now from overseas. If your concerned use CCI.
