Since they are discontinued, will you still be able to get replacement parts if ever needed?
Yes we have access to all of the US manufactured warehoused parts, firing pins, bolts, small parts etc.

Our main gunsmith in the USA just picked up one of our Lusa's from IRUNGUNS us facility. He is going to spec out the gun for a run of non restricted barrels and to see if MP5/MP5K forends can be adapted to fit and what work will be required.

Ok, guess I should chime in after reading all the threads. I bought the one from the cgner who brought it in and got the boys to issue the FRT, took 2 yrs. It has the collapsible stock plus a scope rail, 16" barrel with shroud. It also came with a dummy 6" barrel, just a piece of metal for whatever reason. Reliability has been lousy, the empties have a habit of not ejecting and get stuck inside sometimes even back behind the bolt and hiding where you can hardly see it causing the bolt not to pick up the next round. When the empty gets stuck in the front you need a needle nose plier to pull it out, when it gets stuck in the back you have to disassemble it. Even took it to Dlask but he couldn't find out what was wrong. Eventually through trying all different brands of ammo I found it worked best with Winchester and also that it really runs better with lots of oil. I guess it runs a lot better now, say 25+ rds before that damn stuck empty shows up. Figure I'll buy another one just to see if maybe mine is a one of and besides good to have spares. It's definitely a fun gun and an attention getter. I found the collapsible stock too short and added a couple of rubber butts, not great but feels better. Definitely want a side folder. Added the rail to the bottom of the shroud for a foregrip. It's very accurate to 50yds.

A care package would be a nice option. Include extra firing pins and barrel nuts.
Ditto. Steve, maybe you can find out from the Lusa service people what the most common worn out parts are, and hopefully get some parts kits fitted out to cater to that. I read that one long article posted in a forum in the States for instance (from one of the links here earlier on), where the owner complained of problems with the hardness of the firing pin. Maybe you can find out if that problem has been rectified or not? Should we order extra firing pins for instance, if they still have that problem?
Regardless of that, a whole collection of vital parts and springs is always good insurance to keep around, especially if they're not made anymore. Grab as much as you can. A lot of us are spare parts hoarders here.![]()
How many mags come with it?
Pity as per post 195. Black guns used to come with 3.
I consider us very lucky to be able to get these Lusa pistols into Canada. The stars must have just lined up perfectly.
-CGN member contacts me asking if we can look into these as there is an FRT in the system
-found out manufacturing is shut down but I managed to track down one of the owners of the company
-Found out at some point after FRT was first approved the US state department decided to stop allowing these for export (non sporting firearm)
-Contacted the US State department and received approval for export (they changed their decision)
