Redskins are/were close to changing their name. Atlanta Braves almost did years ago. Yet the Blackhawks never felt the heat....strange.

And then you end up with stupid politically correct names like "the Red Blacks".
Someone is going to take offense at that eventually.

But whoever it is, they will most likely be white, and dare I say it, female.

it's 2015 and just now idiots are beginning to complain about a trademark that's been around for over a hundred years?= what the wwe and randy savage, or fred savage- last time I looked these guys weren't "first nations" - and not all chiefs wore war bonnets -a lot of the west coasters wear a headdress similar to Polynesian tribes- moreover, this howling banshee is probably more white than anything else
 
I'd like to know, what exactly does she find offensive? Does this white girl think they are appling that natives are savages?

Things like this sure make me glad i don't have to work with the masses. I'd be fired from alot of jobs if i had to deal with people like this.

She has too much time on her hands and too little sense to Google about the company and find out the company history.
 
We played "Cowboys & Indians" when we were kids,....not Cowboys & Natives! It was never meant to be offensive & was never taken that way, even by one of the neighbor kids who was Indian. We all got along just fine! Everybody seems so uptight about everything these days!
 
There is native people living in Clayton park??? Only indians Ive seen were East Indian.

Tell here not to drive a Indian Motorcycle or chew some redman chew.

The good ole days before political correctness. We played cowboys and Indians with similar neighbors and yes no one got offended. We also played war and shot plastic guns... imagine the outcry that would bring today.

Its the loonies on the left saying ban this and ban that & on the other side people spouting off things like "typical Indians".... both sides should STFU and live and let live
