Great work! But you may want to refrain from posting a picture of what appears to be a dead Grebe in your bag as Grebes are protected birds. Better yet, if i am correct and that is a Grebe, you may want to refrain from killing it in the first place! I guess you can blame your hunting buddy for killing the Grebe as Im sure you werent hunting alone with 9 dead birds.

Last bird on the right....notice how it has a beak and not a bill. Thats what is referred to as a grebe, which is a protected bird.

No chance its a wigeon. It has a beak not a bill.
Not a Female bufflehead either. Females have a white oval patch on their cheeks and an immature bufflehead still has white belly. And still doesnt explain the beak

Its not called running your mouth. Its called educating a fellow hunter of something he may have done wrong so that everyone can learn from the post. Running the mouth would be something like this......why are you shooting 9 ducks when the nova scotia daily bag limit is 6? Now I didnt say that because i was wise enough to make that assumption that you werent alone.
Dont get your panties in a knot. You voluntarily post pictures of a hunt, which is totally fine. But there is no need to cry when some see's something that appears to be questionable and makes a statement about it
If you say its an immature scoter, so be it. You were the one who saw it in person and handled it. But based on the picture you posted which isnt the best quality photo and is casting a shadow beyond what appears to be a beak....no doubt that bird looks like grebe.
