I bought a few .308 pmags hoping to use in this rifle.

its a shame that we cant use the pmags.

They will still work with your new RPR. But legally they have to be pinned to 5 rounds in Canada and Ruger didn't want to deal with that so they are shipping with a way more expensive mag that won't need pinning.

They will be shipping from the US to Canadian distributors, then to the retailers.....so I imagine before Xmas it will be in retailers hands.

As long as it's here before xmas to go with the other presents I bought myself. Would be odd unwrapping a scope and bipod without a rifle to put them on.
