I know, I know. I'm a heretic, an infidel despoiler. But you know what? I like it better this way. Sure, I know Colt sent it out from the shop and it wasn't all shiny. But it just didn't have that certain bling to it that I wanted. It did however have a few scratches, and other assorted blemishes on it, all minor, but enough to convince me that having it polished was going to be an improvement. So, I sent it to a certain Mr. Jellybean, after seeing some work he did on his Anaconda, and he was kind enough to give it the treatment. Internally as well as externally, I might add. He did a magnificent job of smoothing that trigger out. I was hoping to include a range report on it, but time does not permit range sessions currently. Anyway, my photographic skills and equipment are sub par, as you will have noticed. Nevertheless. This KC is a real beauty in person now, and I love the Bling factor. And don't worry, I won't try and sell it as a factory Colt BSTS gun. In fact, I won't be selling it at all. It's my gun, and I can do what I want to.
