I know it's not listed, but I'd take a Benelli MR1 before a XCR-L any day and save $500+ in the process.
ATRS has said they expect the MV to come in under/at $3,000 for the base model, that's only $500 less then the MH which seems realistically possible.
Some are giving the MH a bad rep., but I believe they are MOA accurate with the right ammo. (not necessarily hand loads, but every rifle has a favourite for accuracy) and when matched with the right ammo MH's are reasonable reliable (when bashing the MH's accuracy don't forget the shooter has a lot to do with getting MOA performance which is proven via "Trinimon's Black Rifle Challenge").
So when running the right ammo, while they may be a little more ammo. sensitive they are most likely as reliable as any other semi.-auto. .308 rifle with a match chamber.
I'm hoping/expecting the MV is even better then the MH with respect to eating ammo. of all types, but only time will tell.
Th MV will likely be as a good as it gets for a .223 AR mag. acceptable NR semi. for any price, but if it comes in under $3,000 and -7lbs. with all day MOA accuracy it'll be my choice and many others no doubt.
Cheers D
