Hello,
I bought an XCR last summer, and today I got a problem that I have never seen with it before...
I was cleaning the rifle, so I removed the entire bolt.
After 10 minutes of cleaning the bolt/gas piston/etc, I took the upper receiver to clean it too and noticed that the entire charging handle (not only the knob, but the whole thing) was totally JAMMED. I started by putting on some oil to fix it up, but it is really stuck! I can't move the charging handle at all! I looked carefully inside of it, I couldn't see any pieces that were blocking it.
Here's the first part of the problem.
The second is my fault. (Maybe the first on too, but I REALLY don't know what might have happen, honestly. That's why I'm kind of scared right now. I loved this rifle, but right now, it is NS)
I tried to remove the bolt knob, to after remove the charging handle completly (the whole part, the one that's jammed) but I BROKE the little pin holding it!! So I can't put on my bolt knob on!
Do you have any solutions for me?
Thanks a lot, and I'm waiting for your news.
