Yup, the exchange rate is harsh. But I think you're getting hosed on your for-ex especially if you're going through a bank.
We pay 1-1/2% on top of the spot price and in years past have made out like bandits on some forward contracts.
 
Leigh explained to me that they have no way to know what type of equipment would be used to run the bits. The original ad did say something about end mills but he meant that the sizes were noted on the guides.
 
*UPDATE*

More jigs arriving this coming Monday morning. Keep an eye on this thread and I will post them as soon as they arrive at the shop. There are more 80% AR's being finished. Should be a few weeks. NO pre-orders or notifications, sorry. They will be posted here and sold on a first come first served basis, our usual S.O.P.

EDIT : I can't count. There is 1 jig kit left, I just added it to the website.

the quality and fit and finish on this jig is superbly done,,great machining,,,great design,,the mutliple top plate inserts are a great idea,,one question i have for Dlask is why bushings are only on on side plate,,the holes in the other half are kind of large,,thought maybe it was to help with chip clearing,,,,or am i missing something..

My guess is they are meant to be drilled from one side and the holes on the other side are sized to clear the drill.

There was a mistake at the manufacturing stage. We have sent replacement plates to everyone that received the inverted ones. If you have the wrong plates just drop me a line with your original order number and I will mail you a new set of correct plates.
