It took a long time to get some rings for my Dan Wesson and then figure out what scope to match up as well. I found a nice gloss Swift 2x20mm that has excellent eye relief. It needs some adjustments yet, I'm hoping to get tot the range tomorrow.

My newly acquired Colt Frontier Scout Buntiline, a nickel 1967 with presentation box and both LR and Magnum cylinder. I have the original walnut grips (one panel was slightly damaged) but I put on these reproduction antique 'ivory' because I like the look better.

I'm not a huge fan of nickel but I have to admit - that looks pretty awesome. I agree with you: those grips really add to the eye appeal. Nice gun!

Nope, only about a quarter of that actually....it's a Scout (.22 LR/Magnum), not a SA Army or one of the other crazy expensive Colts. I did just find out that it is quite rare, the second lowest production of nickel Scouts. Only 1589 made apparently.

Right on. I was thinking more along the lines of SA army 45 long colts i guess.

just got myself this crowd pleaser. Most fun gun to shoot...but reloading is a must I dont care how much money you have...20 rounds of hornady cost me 52 bucks.

Recently acquired from a fellow CGN'er... 7.5" .44 Redhawk, plan is to feed it a lot of hot Magnum rounds, and often!

^ Both look like they are in really good shape.....nice finds!

Thanks,
Well the trooper's mint, not a scratch,
The S&W's got a few dings and wear marks (You can actually see one on the pic above the "22lr" on the barrel) but in good shape nonetheless.
Action is great, will have to go a few more times to the range, can't pick a favorite thus far. :)
