Ok, I have a NP-29 and I am casting 125 gr TC bullets for it. I am using range scrap and powder coating before sizing. I do not know the BH of this lead. I have slugged the barrel and it came out at .3555 - .356. I sized my PC bullets to .358 and loaded them with 3.4 gr of Bullseye. Accuracy was crap and light leading present. I figured to large of bullet. I then sized to .357 and loaded Bullseye at 3.4, 3.6, 3.8, 4.0, 4.2 and 4.4. Light leading still present. Accuracy at it best with 4.0gr but I know it can be better as I have shot tighter groups with Berry's bullets with 4.3gr of BE. I have some WW lead I am going to try next. Do you think this is a lead hardness issue or am I missing something?
