Wow, imagine my surprise. I recently purchased a SAM Omega 6 in .40 cal for IPSC Classic Division. Went to do a trigger job and found that aftermarket parts (STI sear, STI sear spring, STI disconnector, STI hammer, STI ambi-safety) would not fit without extensive modification. For example Aftermarket sear is 7/1000 too wide and 19/1000 to long. Aftermarket sear spring will not contact the modified sear. One ruined sear. At a loss as to what to do with this paperweight. Making adjustment to factory 6lb 6oz trigger would make the gun unsafe and potentially full auto. Anyone else have these kind of issues, and how did you get them resolved ? I'm open to ideas and suggestions.
