When mounted to another gun, yes. If it was stand alone with a telescoping or folding stock it would be restricted.

As for the buis, my bad. I would of taken it off if I knew it would of gotten some of your panties in a bunch. It's been sitting there since I got the IUR and put the Vortex on it.

If the two of you are losing sleep over it, I'll go take it off

It is a genuine Diemaco 10" barrel, carry handle and Knights Canadian RIS. My favorite one is the gen 1 C8 as that's what I carried all over Germany in the day.

It looks shorter than that on the pics for some reason.
I managed to find a Diemaco A1 DIS, maybe I could find a KAC RIS but I am doubtful I'll ever find a Diemaco 10.5"... and yeah that C8 must be quite nice to carry around it looks so light.
