Not all P-38's are created equal, and your laughing after admitting you're no P-38 expert is a bit premature.
If you say you have "AC"'s then those would be the most interesting of the pile. Price will then be driven by condition only (all-original, arsenal-refinished, etc.).
The picture you posted, appears to be a Mauser non-import. Good one, but I can't really see whether the numbers are matching. It's stamped 1944, but the S/N is in the 1### range, so it's, probably, a police-issue, but to confirm, you would need to look at the markings. If you can't find the police markings, then question the seller on what it is they sold you.
Russian-capture ARE NOT the same as the all-original, don't let anyone persuade you they are. Non-matching, arsenal-refinished guns are very rarely a collector item, and sometimes aren't really good for shooting. In brief, they are usually crap, you have to look really hard for a decent specimen. If you are looking for a piece with a "history", then look for a bring-back, not a capture.
I'm also willing to speculate based on the "provenance" of your guns, that your biggest pile would be CYQ, aka Spreewerks, made in the Czech Republic. Those are typically some of the least desirable of the bunch.
That is not to say that you won't find people grossly overpaying for P-38's for the "cool factor".
