When do you reply back to customer messages?

What is your timelines for replying back to customer enquiries?

I have an issue with an NEA-15. Emailed Monday night, left phone messages Tuesday and Wednesday.

Have not received any sort of reply.

Same here. Had an issue with the Zap cane. On hold twice for an hour. Only to be cut off. Also left an email. If dealt with them a few times and have always had a positive experience.
