Guys,
I do some work for my friends on their firearms be it repairs or rebuilds. If it's restricted, I go to their place and do it there just to make it easy for both parties. Just wondering, if there is a market for a Gunsmith that does house calls? I'm Glock, SIG, Browning, Remington, Colt, Accuracy International, H&K, Knight Armament, Armalite factory certified Armourer and a licenced Millwright. Currently, I have all the gauges and tooling to build, inspect and gauge your AR-15. I'm on a 1911 kick and have done extensive work on my Colt Officers model 1911. Did the ejection port roll over, fitted a Ed Brown Beavertail safety, and recontoured the frame and triggerguard to look like that Wilson Combat style profile. I still have to machine the magwell bevel and use a round ball end mill on the right side of the frame for the slide catch lever. This service would only be for the Central and Southern Ontario area. Let me know what you think.
