Digital scale drift...what digi scale are you using?

Where can you buy this Gempro copy? I'm assuming it's cheaper?

Got mine in Beijing in a backstreet jewelry market near the XiSi subway station. It's on Alibaba.com, the Chinese ebay. But you may have to buy 50 at a time!

There's a guy in Hong Kong who sells them wholesale. If you send him a message, he might sell you two. I recomment getting 2 for crosscheck. Although it reads to down to .02Gr, it's not a $700 scale.

The one shown is exactly what I have.

I'm looking for a gempro 250 but the price varies a lot. Quarky science has them for 229, lowcostscales is 239, Amazon,ca is ~340 and Alberta tactical rifle is 400.

Anybody see them any cheaper?

Try X-treme gun shooting center in Winnipeg they have the 250 in stock. Lucky enough I picked mine up on amazon.com when the dollar was at par for $150.

27$CAN shipped. This one looks like the GemPro also! :d

Only battery powered I believe.

There's a 6V jack in the back of it, but mine didn't come with a power supply. I just use rechargeable batteries.

Anyway, a warning. They include a couple of 20 gram calibration weights, but I would get separate calibration weights in Grains, like those from RCBS, in order the make sure that it's going to give you the exact reading near the load you're planning: If I'm going to load a lot of 45Gr, I'm first going to put 45Gr of calibration weights first and see how it reads. The scale may not be exactly linear. Or else, get a second twin electronic scale, and crosscheck between both. Getting consistent .02 Grain accuracy using one of these scales alone is doubtful, although in my experience, they fall well within .1 Grain accuracy, and usually within .04 grain on the first try. With a twin scale for comparison, I do get within .02Gr. That probably goes for the Gempro as well, as it looks like it's exactly the same as the ones sold in China.
