Where is all the good .22LR these days?

I don't shoot 22lr but my kid wants to. What's the best out there

There are numerous disclaimers attached to your question;

-What feeds best in your semi-auto?
-Gopher blasting?
-paper target shooting?
-What ever your firearms "prefer" to shoot best with
-long range (+200 meters) demands superior match ammunition
-What are you willing to pay?

For all around shooting reliability I'd say CCI Standard or Minimags for higher speed

ruko was sold by Canadian tire they also carried precion which was even better

I havn't seen Ruko branded ammo or other stuff in years now, They made some ok quality stuff back in the day.

I LOVE Blazer .22lr I don't know why everyone knocks it.

I bought 15,750 rounds (3x 5250 packs) from Stittsville Shooting Ranges around 3-5 years ago and I haven't looked back. It shoots well, clean, accurate and feeds in all my .22 firearms super well.
