Sucks about their crappy customer service, but it's a 455...not really worth having it worked on in an attempt to save it. I'd get a new barrel.
I don't know why you decided to do an elaborate bedding job on a new gun, as for the burrs, use a number drill (a # 3 or 2) and carefully rotate it by hand in the chamber until the burrs are gone. Make a tube by cutting off the back of a spend .22 cartridge to use as a guide.

Even for their pistols it's impossible to find extra barrels every retailer should have a whack of parts.
I am in the GTA. Over on RFC it has been suggested that my chamber "missed" the final reaming and only got the "rough" ream. This is characterized by the short, 45ish degree ramp up to the lands of the rifling compared to my other rifles that all show a much more gradual transition.Rabid - where in ON are you? I have regular and "match" reamers.
Stick with the ammo used for targets 1-4 ?

Very good point. What was your test target results they sent with the gun?
The test target is the first five rounds the gun shot so the rough spot hadn't fouled up yet so it didn't affect those rounds accuracy.

Pretty disgusting given that one pays extra for the quality/accuracy of a CZ. Can understand that kind of policy for a rock bottom price NORC that you know you are taking a chance in refinement quality and accuracy.
