Manufacturers Description:
The Mk47 AKS13 is one of our newest Mk47s and features our new KRINK muzzle device pinned and welded to a 13″ barrel to meet the 16″ legal requirement. Additionaly it features a pinned on gas block for improved reliability. The Mk47 AKS13 features CMMG’s mid-sized receiver based on our Mk3 platform, carved from billet 7075-T6 aluminum. It also features an improved 15″ hand guard. The Mk47 was designed to harness the power and reliability of the 7.62x39mm cartridge utilizing a robust bolt based off our Mk3 (.308). The unique Mk47 lower receiver readily accepts all standard AK Magazines. Every rifle comes equipped with a MOE pistol grip, CTR stock, Krink muzzle device, Pinned gas block, Mil-Spec Trigger, 5/30rd AK PMAG, and CMMG’s lifetime quality guarantee.

Still would be Restricted with a longer barrel length unfortunately.
Why is that?
The FRT seemed to indicate it was restricted based on barrel length alone

Edit: Never mind, they are deeming it an AR15 variant ( not sure why, it cant accept ar uppers according to OP)

AR variant due to the easy access bolt by take down pins, AR style charging handle.
 
You're charging 340.00 cdn more than i can get from another vendor. If the price was even 2150.00 then i would stop by tomorrow and buy it from you since i live in West Edmonton.
 
Question for Wild West:
I see that the Mk47 uses a heavy bolt head based on the Mk3/308 version bolt head for the 7.62x39 cartridge. Does that mean that it uses a standard 308 barrel extension, or a proprietary extension? Just wondering about the ability to change between different length barrels.
