2 RPDs fenceline might get his after all.
Project Guns is the company out of Florida working with Arms East. Not 100% sure but I believe both types are Arms East jobs.

Lots of airsoft crap.
Interesting bit on air guns and suppressors.- Use of silencers on air guns or the ones that come with the ability to screw on a
silencer:
1) When the silencer is integral, every Legal Classification entry is Prohibited.
Note: there may by some "Non-Commercial Custom" entries at "Non-Restricted"
if/when an owner has the firearm re-barrelled.
Example: Make: Air Arms
Model: TX200 MARK 3
2) When the firearm can come with either an integral, suppressed barrel or
external accessory suppressor, the parent Legal Classification will be
Non-Restricted and there will be child entries that are both Prohibited and
Non-Restricted, with an explanation in Model, Canadian Law Comments and
Internal Notes.
3) When the firearm has a barrel that is threaded to accept a silencer, every Legal
Classification is Non-Restricted with a note in Model, Canadian Law Comments
and Internal Notes advising users that a silencer could be placed on the firearm.
An equivalent "Prohibited" child entry will not be added as it is the "device" that is
prohibited, not the firearm.
Example: Make: Theoben
Model: Rapid MK II
Some liberal is probably sh!tting their pants about the airsoft M203.
wolverine had orders in with the TNW importer. Not for sale they weren't. The concept was advertised as a future sale plan wrt the ppsh. Tnw has not yet advertised ppsh41 sa with longer barrels, so currently the only ones made available are restricted based on their barrel lengths.

The M37's were ordered long ago as well and have been sitting awaiting the FRT (so long ago that TNW has stopped production/ran out of parts), I wonder if it is the same with the PPSH and we will see them distributed soon?
WTF... the Crossman AIR RIFLE in 357 in Prohibited? WTF???
This makes no sense at all.
Bull pup stock or integral suppressor would be my guess. Technically the action alone should be non-restricted.
I'd take a restricted, just saying orders were placed and likely these guns were on order for many years like the M37Right.... Wolverine is a dealer for North Sylva. North Sylva submitted the sample for frt. The sample submitted was a restricted barrel version. It is highly doubtful that North Sylva initiate production of NR versions prior to obtaining a frt ruling from the lab. So with that in mind, Wolverine likely had an expression of interest made with NS, but that isn't likely to mean that the guns are built as NR in the US and waiting import. That just doesn't make fiscal sense. Placing orders doesn't mean the gun has been produced yet. It can be premptive. What would NS do with guns with silly long barrels if they were prohib in Canada? Cancel their order with tnw? Make tnw sell them to the US, a market that would have no use for the Canadian barrels? NS would lose a lot of money in a deal that went no where. Cart before the horse.
The M37 were in production in one format both for the US and Canada. No barrel length difference. Supply for the US and Canada can be the same. Different concept financially.
Unless NS has restricted versions in storage, and are rebarrelling them...
I'd do terrible things for that K&M M17S-C
Both. See post 8. You are 3 for 3 haha.
Thank you for posting this!
All those people and they only have a handful of guns?
I read through that classification document and don't see anywhere where they could classify the Mossberg ak47 - 22 as prohib. Especially if they follow their own procedure manual.
