The FRT - Firearms Awaiting Classification - Updated 18-DEC-2017 Faxon XRS-C

yes they followed the standard operating procedure of if it looks like an AK = prohib
nothing surprising there
there is no due process, no supervision, no oversight, you get what you get, thats it, with the mandate of let's get rid of hanguns and assault weapons off our streets.

They claim it falls in line with the Mitchell Arms ak22. It doesn' . But that is their assertion.

Mitchell Arms AK22 is prohib by name.

I didn't see much reference to Variant in that doc, but lots of Parent/child and AKA (also known as). I agree with you Fenceline that it is not related to the MA AK22, but is an original Mossberg design as the "parent".
This should be an easy win for an appeal if that is even possible.

I wonder what happened to the "Beretta 92 Replica Selene's Death Dealer Pistol" since being a full metal #### & click replica it was probably illegal (looking at ones on US & Asian web sites), considering it looks like a basic 92FS with a barrel weight and a longer barrel a real one would have been simply restricted.

I have been interested in the Troy PAR for a while (assume that is what is one the sheet). The green dot means we will be getting it, but will it be non restricted?
