Yes. It was in the Skorp armourers kit thread. They were selling x number of parts kits, and were keeping x number for themselves to be used in their upcoming skorp project. They then went silent on the matter.

And a new parent FRT is not needed for this kit. All that would be needed is a child frt entry under the existing parent FRT entry. So no lab approval needed. Just a call in to update your classification.

How about a 18.5" barrel. Now THAT would be cool. In either the original CF or the new RF conversion with a 18.5". Im sure SOMEONE can make them. ahem ahem

Why? In rimfire an 18.5 inch barrel doesn't apply, just overall length. Pin the stock. A standard vz61 is 517 mm (20.4 in) with stock extended. That means you only need to add 143mm to the front end on a 22LR version to make the 660 mm minimum overall length to be NR. 5.63 inches. Not very much at all when you look at some of the cool forend designs up there. Even cooler if the stock is a fixed stock, and is a little longer to make up for that 5.63 inch deficit.

So it would appear that a "child" entry has been added to the CSA vz61 Commercial Version to include the 22LR version as a restricted firearm. 145651-13

If you want NR yes. Or in England.

Of course the beefed up and tacticool looking receiver pictured earlier would take up quite a bit of that skinny length with receiver and rails.

Yes the stocks are pinned for them, as this is a "rifle" that meets their regulation of a 12 inch barrel and an overall length of 24 inches.
