Does anyone know of a good video on how to use the Dillon SS600 unit?

I purchased one years ago and have never used it.

Thanks all, im thinking ill have to go with a swaging tool, gotta look for a cheaper one hhaha, saw the price of a Dillon, over 200 with shipping and the rcbs id have to go into the states....

I just bought the Dillon Swager, it arrived today. Someone at Dillon screwed up and forgot to install the backing plate. Luckily a couple of washers work just as well. Pretty simple to use once you adjust it properly. Basically all it is is a ram that forces a shaped anvil into the primer pocket.

I used the Lee Precision chamfer tool to remove the crimp on hundreds of military 9mm/7.62 brass. Painful.

I mounted my SS600 on a piece of 2x4.
Sit it on my legs and run it while watching TV.
Processing is mostly by feel.

I just did 1000 per hour with my 650 and the swage it, but I assume that you do not own a 650 ?

nope the lee challenger breech lock kit, looking for a 650 if i can find one a decent price, i cant manage to save the full amount LOL, been looking for a used one if i could, i have a few calibers, if i can find just the press, id add the accessories later, anyone know where to get a cheap one LOL

I do hundreds at a time with a $7.00 countersink in a electric drill clamped in a vice.

Listen to this man. I do hundreds at a time with a ordinary drill bit that has a steeper angle on it. And the last time removing the crimp was on 300 223 LC cases.
