Actually he has 95.1% feedback as of August 10th at 7:00pm EST.

Interesting factoid - if you dip below 95% on most gun trader forums, you get banned. Not sure if CGN has a similar policy or not.

Guess only 4 people have received their iron clad refund so far .
Let's hope more do the right thing & leave appropriate feedback for the Master of the Disaster :p

Johnone is answering comments in his forum as of today. So he is obviously here and like others have posted viewing this thread but choosing to ignore answering questions from his concerned customers.

Perhaps he is hoping this will just fade away or get locked so it will eventually be forgotten.

And that is a very good reason for those effected to leave the appropriate feedback !

I find it irksome that when you go to Marstar.ca you are STILL greeted with a HUGE banner proudly proclaiming:

Are these the unsafe fakes, or has Marstar now acquired real T2s to make good on what they advertised last month? ;)

I would be curious to see a actual garand in comparison. how much light would come through?
As soon as I can get the pictures up you'll have them. But as for a word description on one of mine, you see absolutely no light what so ever from behind either lug. Sorry about the quality but my eyes were getting hammered by the light I was using but you get the picture. You can even see the light coming through the extractor area but nothing at the rear of the lugs.

Could be the shadows but you front left lug appears discolored and ground.

If you can remove the bolt and take pictures from several angles.

That's because it is an inferior commercial conversion, the real T2 Garands are all at Marstar.

Don't forget they advertised the rifles in their forum section, and immediately locked it. They have never done that before, which seems to indicate they were expecting some backlash once these got out. ...

^^^^ that was very odd indeed...I thought the same when I first saw that thread in their forum locked... No other sponsors has done it the same way...especially for a high value(at the time) item such as this.

Just to point it out to everyone, because someone might missed it earlier.. These receivers are from Tradex. I called them when their receivers disappeared to see if they will have more.. That's when they told me that a wholesaler bought around 200 receivers, I asked who it was they didn't say.. My guess it was Marstar... What are the chances of a noname german gunsmith come up with the idea that hey lets buy all these receivers and bubba them all up and sell back to Canada?? John has all the connections necessary to pull something like this.. I think he just picked the wrong gunsmith...

Do we know that for sure? Sfrc blew out 200 receivers not one month ago.

If we don't know facts best not to muddy up this thread with assumptions. There is more than enough real facts to be concerned with.
