I have both a Ruger RSM and a CZ 550;
Ruger 2 rounds in Mag CZ 3 rounds
Ruger will jam if you aren't careful feeding the mag
Both shoot equally well
To me Ruger has more felt recoil, I find Rugers and I don't get along
Ruger has better finish
I much prefer the CZ for myself, mainly because of felt recoil

Yes it's in 416 Rigby, for some reason as you are putting in the cartridge into the magazine if it's not positioned just right it jams.Is your RSM in 416 Rigby spooksar? And when you say not careful loading the mag, what exactly do you mean? Surprised to hear this about a Ruger RSM.
Cheers
Jay
Ruger has the advantage that it can close on a loaded chamber so you load the mag with three, drop a round in the chamber, push the rounds in the mag down while you slide the bolt forward and close the bolt on the chambered round. Voila...3 down, 1 chambered.

That hasn't been my experience with my 416 RSM.
