I'm surprised nobody mentioned our own CGN'r H4831 and the book he wrote: Outposts and Bushplanes. I thought it was a good read.
Another I really enjoyed though not about hunting was a book about the defense of Canada and the U.S's west coast during WW2 called "War On Our Doorstep" by a resident of Vancouver Island Brendan Coyle. It was a very good and informative read.
Or you could always go into Kamlooky's post history, download and print all his posts and spend the week deciphering and translating then post back for the membership to read!! Of course you'd have your work cut out for you and probably miss most of the hunt?!!
