If I recall...and this is a while back, so I might be totally wrong on some of these...but:
1. I can't sell deer meat that I have harvested.
2. I cannot barter it for other game that another hunter has killed
3. So I assume I cannot request to buy another hunters venison/moose etc.
4. I can give cuts away to my friends at no charge.
5. So is there proper verbiage? "I would like you to give me your excess meat for free" ..are you allowed to say that?
Evidence
11. (1) The sale or possession of wild life, except during the open season for the wild life or during another period within which the sale or possession may by regulation be permitted, is, without further proof, evidence that the person selling the wild life or having it in his or her possession has taken or killed the wild life during the closed season.
(2) The possession by a licence holder of untagged moose or caribou, where the regulations require tagging, is, without further proof, evidence that the moose or caribou was taken and possessed contrary to the regulations.
(3) The possession of the meat of moose or caribou by a person other than a licence holder is, unless that person produces written proof that the meat was in fact obtained from a licence holder, evidence that the moose or caribou was taken or killed during the closed season.
(4) The written proof referred to in subsection (3) that the meat of moose or caribou was obtained from a licence holder shall contain
(a) the name of the person receiving the meat;
(b) the approximate amount of meat given or sold by the licence holder;
(c) the date of the gift or sale;
(d) the licence number of the person giving or selling the meat; and
(e) the signature of the person giving or selling the meat,
and the written proof shall be produced upon the request of a wild life officer.
In the Haida Constitution we are allowed more than one wife so if you have a spare you no longer need I mite be willing to take 1 or 2 of them off your hands most post a photo of here first must be in mid 20 thin and flexible and have all there teeth Haahaa
After all no one wants to eat a old cow ( sorry I couldn't resist hope I don't get in trouble with the monitors lol )
Why anyone in their right mind would want more than one Wife, I'll never understand.
Girlfriends are one thing, but my one wife is plenty
I never said I was going to keep them unless I find a good one or two they can get jobs and I will go hunting
Just don't let them meet, if they do they may talk and realize they're better off together without you.
I'm Haida we are known fore being good looking and charming pus I install revolving door in the bedroom like in the malls in the city Haahaa
Posession limits are a combination of your daily limit and any game you are in possession of at home, camp etc. If for example the regulations say you may have a possession limit of 30 ruffed grouse and your daily bag is 10 then you may harvest ten on a hunting day but if say it was the first day of the season and you had 25 in your freezer from the previous season you could not legally harvest more than 5 that first day of the new season as you have reached your possession limit when the two are combined. You may not have more than the legal possession limit at any time regardless of where you are or the game you have kept is. If you reach your possession limit and wish to continue hunting you must either give away some game or use it and you may only replace it by the amount you gave away or consumed.
