Being a lefty, in the market for an AR or semi auto 556/223 I def would like ambi controls, non restricted if possible for varmint hunting, and uhhh... yes.
Non restricted ...![]()
What sort of barrel profile? I would love a melonite/QPQ/etc. coated barrel that is "non-restricted length", and something of a medium or SPR profile.yes, they would be 475mm
How about one in 9mm.
no market outside CanadaWould have thought a Norinco version would have been on the Canadian market by now
I agree with this quote above.Make 3X as many upper assemblies as lowers [or complete rifles] with floating handguards, various barrel styles and lengths, low profile gasblocks. The main [only?] thing that bugs me about my DA556 is the A2 front sight that gets in the way of a red dot sight. I'd be willing to splurge on a 14-16-18" flattop upper. I already built my own 10.5" upper with a low-pro gasblock for a flip-up sight...
They will not be back, The new version will be out in the springSame as the above poster, That DA556 C8 style they linked has everything I want in my first AR if I could only buy it. I'm new to the AR15 and this has the classic look I like, adjustable buttstock, and most importantly a low price tag so I can get in and see if I even like the platform, and what I like and dislike before I start ordering parts for some fancy custom AR build. I check daily for these to be back in stock as well.
they are in pieces at the plantPics, CanAm, pics!!
much harder and more $$, also far fewer producers, no barrel makers, no forgers, no MIM, etcWhy aren`t you getting them Made In Canada?
Maybe once we get rollingWhat are the chances of getting all parts delivered? and a "build your own AR" form on the website?
pick Parts you want to buy... then they all show up?
I want stripped upper, lower, 14.5" pencil barrel, safety selector, FSB... you get the Idea,
I have the buffer tube, stock, trigger, LPK minus the safety, BCG, etc.
