It is an available option that we can install during assembly. There are several manufacturers of sling mount style plates, we would just need to know which you prefer to get price and availability.

Hey there ATRS,I just ordered an MV,but I need some help in choosing a hand guard. I was talking to one of your employees and he was very helpful,but I didn't want to tie up all his time on the phone.
I'm looking for advice on a hand guard,that just covers the gasblock,Keymod preferably,and has no flex,when using a bipod. Preferably aluminum.
If you can give me any suggestions,it would be appreciated,and I'll make sure it gets to you on time.
Unless of course you want to supply it.

I don't mind calling but I think it's better to ask here as it won't tie up your phone lines or your employees

I was wondering if a 20" barrel build with A2 flash hider, A2 handguard, detach carry handle and triangular gas/front sight base could be an option on these? For a classic build

Choose the Fortis.

That's the one I wanted,but I was told there still may be a small bit of flex,when using a bipod.
Even though the gasblock has been modified.

I was hoping for Zero flex,when using a bipod.If this even exists.

So without causing to much of a stir and because I have no idea what will work,I thought maybe Rick could give me a few suggestions.
I tryed google,but there seems to be nothing in the 14 inch range,which is what I think will cover the gas block.

I believe mine is the 15". And I can't tell you about flex with a bipod. I don't use one on this. But there is over .050" clearance between the block and the Fortis. You may have to mount the bipod further to the rear.

Is that medium or HB? Do you know what it weighs ,without optic or mag?

Mine is the medium contour. The whole thing as you see it weighs in at an even 10# (with a fully loaded ten round mag). Sorry, I didn't weigh it before I mounted everything to it.

I ordered the same barrel and am putting a CTR on mine as well. Still undecided on a hand guard.

Got Mine

Took 13 months, but worth the wait. Bare rifle is surprisingly light, but I think the scope and rings add almost 2 pounds to it. Unfortunately I don't have a decent scale to weigh it.
